Hello, I'm here today because I couldn't solve the problem myself.
I reinstalled Windows and when I wanted to use the Omen HP Command Center again in order to FINALLY access an XMP profile for my RAM, it asked me to perform several updates (BIOS, HP System Event Utility...) but on the umpteenth update it starts but does not exceed 60% and stops to finally not install without error message...
My OMEN hardware as written on the image an OMEN 880.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello @narci2se
Are you still having the issue? If so, try this...
Uninstall the Command Center (now called Game Hub).
Uninstall the HP System Event utility.
Reboot.
Install these files...
OMEN Driver : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105943.exe
OMEN Command Center SDK Package: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110001-110500/sp110380.exe
Get HP System Event Utility - Microsoft Store
Get OMEN Gaming Hub - Microsoft Store
Now run Windows updates. Click on the check for updates button, even if it shows its up to date.
Reboot.
The Game Hub (latest version at the time of writing this is 11.1.3.0) should now be installed and working.
But the Tampa2 motherboard will not have the option to offer XMP altering for that model. I have the same setup and its not available on mine either. If you replaced the ram and its defaulting to 2400 MHz and not 2666, its not going to without the correct ram sticks. Its also not going to overclock beyond 2666 no matter what ram you install. If that is what you are trying to do as the bios is locked.
