This is good news if GoodOmen's response in the Reddit Forum is legit.

 

I wish GoodOmen would post this Reddit response in this Forum using a verifiable HP employee ID to substantiate this claim.

 

I'm sorry but I am a skeptic. I hope GoodOmen is reliable.

@Bill_To They look legit when I looked back at their previous posts. Even references only exclusively HP Support and Omen YouTube channels for guides to people seeking help on Reddit. They are not active in the Omen Reddit and their last post was 5 or 6 months ago BEFORE responding to my Reddit post lol. I'm guessing they only respond to issues big enough to warrant a response as my post was on top for several hours within the last 2+ days.
