I updated my drivers and now my monitor keyboard and mouse don’t connect

Hi

 

You have no video and no USB function meaning you have no keyboard and mouse function.  This also means you have no way to diagnose and fix the problem. I could see  a bad driver update messing up Windows but it should not take the entire system down.

 

Any PC activity such as fans running, or startup sounds and chassis LED activity?

 

Could this update have been a BIOS update? You could try removing the CMOS battery when the PC is off and disconnected from AC power. Wait a while, and then reinstall the CMOS battery to reset CMOS.

 

Contact HP Support if in warranty or have a local tech troubleshoot the problem.
