Hello, I have a Pavilion TG01-0023w & wanted to upgrade my graphics card. Pretty new to pc gaming but have a little knowledge of pc's. The pavilion has a Ryzen 5 3500 and a 1650 super. I did upgrade the RAM to 2 sticks of 16gb dd4r ram for a total of 32gb & a Samsung evo sata 2tb ssd. I am wondering if I can upgrade to a 3060ti gpu and the psu will be enough.  It is original 400w that came with it.

According to Tech Power Up, the 3060 TI requires a 550 watt power supply and a 12 pin power connector.

The 4060 is only slightly slower than the 3060 Ti and requires only a 300 watt supply

It sill needs that 12 pin connector but one might use an adapter.  The HP 1650 super has a 6 pin cable so you need to find another 6 pins for a total of 12.

If you look around you may find a 4060 that takes an 8 pin power connector.  For example, this PNY needs only an 8 pin PCIe power.
