Hello there HP Community!

So, I bough my wife this HP 2021 Pavilion Gaming Desktop Computer (Comes with an AMD 6-Core Ryzen 5 5600G Processor(Beat i7-8700, Upto 4.4GHz), AMD Radeon RX5500 4 GB, 8GB RAM, 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD) about a year ago. For what she plays, it has been doing great as a budget gaming PC. However, one of the more recent games to come out that she absolutely loves is Baldur's Gate, which the PC can't handle. I know that the two things I'll probably need to update are the graphics card and the Ram, but I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions would be great as I've never done this before myself, Thanks!

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.

So, I've been trying to find the Product Number, and I think I found what you're looking for. Just to make sure before I post anything I might regret, the Product Number is also the System SKU when I go into my System Information. Correct?

As stated in my note, if you open HP Support Assistant, the Product Number will be at the bottom of the page.

Hey,

HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000i here and cant play Starfield except with potatoe graphics lol. Need a suggestion for upgrade but would an Asus Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB work?
