OMEN by HP 875-1000 Obelisk Desktop PC (5VN77AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning everyone.

I just bought 4 Ram from kingston (Fury Beast 16 gb 2666MHz, 16 Cl), 64 gb in total to my shire motherboard and, for my surprise, I'm having the next issue.

Trying to play some games like Monster Hunter Rise or Resident evil 2, I'm having some freezes or lag from time to time and it's truly a nuisance because with the old ram (HyperX 16GB, 1 ram, 2666Mhz, 18cl? I believe) I was playing so fluid and with no trouble at all. I don't get why do I have this problem now when keeping in mind the manufacturer specifications my pc should be able to go smoothly.

Is the new ram causing this or I missing something? Is the firs time replacing a piece of this machine so it has all mostly all the original pieces.

Thank you so much for your time.

hi

if it works, in theory you have the correct memory, it seems to be compatible (apart from this problem)
You say, that originally everything was ok ..
if you reinstalled the original 16 gb, this confirms, no more problem?
Now, if you try the new modules, one after another, will it work?
if so, test the addition of a module, check, and so on, in order to check until it no longer works!
Either one of the problem break modules
either for a particular reason, the motherboard, will not accept all!
