Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i (392G5AV)

I have a stock Omen 40L (Intel) that I am trying to use with Razer products and associated software. I have installed Razer Synapse and the Chroma Connect module. The Chroma connect module 'found' the Omen Light Studio background application. When that connect is enabled, I get the following result: Synapse Studio claims that the lighting is being controlled by Omen Light studio; the Razer devices DO NOT appear in Omen Light Studio,

 

Can this be made to work as claimed?
