Hi @labubuTerminato,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

Kindly try the following steps and confirm:

  • The current BIOS version you see installed (you can check by pressing Win + R, typing msinfo32, and looking under BIOS Version/Date).
  • Check HP Drivers Page
    • Go to  https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers  Enter your productserial  number and check under BIOS and Firmware. Even if HP Support Assistant doesn’t show updates, the website may list one.
  • Update Chipset and Graphics Drivers
    • Valorant’s anti-cheat (Vanguard) sometimes flags outdated system firmware or drivers. Make sure your chipset and graphics drivers are updated from HP’s driver page, not just Windows Update.
  • Reset BIOS Settings
    • Restart your PC, press F10 to enter BIOS setup, and choose Load Setup Defaults. Save and exit. This ensures no custom settings are interfering.
  • Windows Updates
    • Confirm you have the latest Windows 11 updates installed, as Riot’s software often checks system integrity against the most recent OS builds.
  • Check Secure Boot & TPM
  • Valorant requires certain security features. In BIOS, ensure Secure Boot is enabled and TPM is active.

I hope this helps.
