Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Im experiencing very frequent fps drops in all games,i have tried some discord support serves but none knew what to do or at least said it was a extreme case of which they didnt know where to go off of. Please respond in  a actualy reasonable amount of time as this issue is probably going to make me sell this laptop and buy a diffrent brand that is not known for many issues like HP is. Specs: Laptop intel i7 12700h rtx 3060 32 gigs ddr5 4800mgz . Laptop Name: Victus by HP laptop 16-d1xxx. Thank you for your time Mark.
