@gamemastercroc wrote:Yes, you can. I have a 40L, and there is an additional M.2 slot behind the graphics card in mine. Also, there may be a hard drive bay on its other side with SATA and power adapters there for easy installation. Look up your user manual, and it should show you all your details. In the pdf, search for the upgrade section, and you will see. The hard drive bay will be the easiest if available on your model.

See here's the thing you are throwing out Letters and Numbers to me, and I have no idea what it means. LOL I'm very new to gaming PC's and this is my first one ever and I bought it stock off the floor at a Sams Club, so I'm completely lost with this. I really need details and pics and maybe even someone to walk my through it step by step so I don't screw anything up.

Look at the manual for your device on the HP product page for your device. Promote placed it in his post as well if you can't find it yourself.. the image that you are asking for will be shown. Open the manual and go to the upgrading your PC section there you will see the hard drive bay with two spaces and two M.2 slots etc. The images will correspond to the numbers pointing to the area on the mother board.
