Product: OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0084

Hello, I have this problem with my OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0xxx while playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. There are some strange monotone beeps that occur seemingly randomly while playing along with a moment of temporary lag while beeping. Happens nearly everytime I play. I have searched this issue extensively and it seems im not the only one with this issue. I have however not been able to find a solution. Attacthed is a video of the same beeping sound I hear while playing that someone else had. I also put in my pc specs in case they are needed as I have made some upgrades to this pc. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I have tried the solutions mentioned back when this question was asked in this original post with no success. I tried turning off HP OMEN HSA SERVICE but it did not stop the beeping noise and temporary lag. Also is a link of a video I recorded of the beeping noise happening in my game. please help!
