If there had a clash with the DIMMS, it would have been reported 6-7 years ago.
Why do you want to add a GPU card? IS there a particular game, if so, name the most intense. From what I can see on EBAY, the PSU has 2 6pin PCIE power plugs. The following are based on wattage needs and existing plug. The RX550, GTX 1050 and GTX 1050Ti, and GTX 1060. Without knowing the reason, I would not be able to suggest a card. Alas, you 7 year CPU chip might create a bottle-neck.

Custom Asus Z97D, I7-4790k, 16GB RAM, WIN10 Pro 64bit, ZOTAC GTX1080 AMP Extreme 3 fan 8GB RAM, 500GB SSD, Asus PB287 4k monitor, Rosewill Blackhawk case and 750W OCZ PSU.
