I am trying to upgrade my GPU to a higher Vram like a RX570. I cannot find much info on my motherboard if the GPU can be run with it since I have a 310w PSU, with a R5 2400G CPU, and 16gb ram. Can anybody help with that info for me?

Here is a spreadsheet that will assist you.
What the RX 570 would require is the L05757-800 (550W) HP proprietary designed PSU.
Card length during an upgrade is always important. Measure the existing GTX 1050Ti, and use that as a reference point.
