880-p0xx is a HP product series.

Please provide a specific HP Product number. Check this HP Site for info on how to find the specific product number of your PC.

The best CPU upgrade for the Tampa MB used in some HP 880 PCs is a i7-7700K. The Naples MB used in some HP 880 PCs can support up to a i7-7700. You may have no CPU upgrade options.

Graphics card upgrade options will be limited by the existing power supply installed in your PC. It is possible to upgrade the HP power supply using a retail power supply having similar dimensions to the HP power supply.

Graphics card upgrade options are also limited by the dimensions of the HP uATX case. Measure along the MB PCIe x16 slot closest to the CPU to check length, width, and height available to install a graphics card.

Greetings @Marcojimeno

My pleasure.

Thanks for the info.

I 'm having problems, at this time, when researching HP PC configurations using HP Support sites. I hope HP fixes this.

I did find your PC specs (880-050) Here. It looks like your PC has a i7-7700K, a GTX 1080 Ti, but the power supply is not specified at this site.

The 1080 Ti Founder's card, per this Site, normally requires a 600 watt power supply having: 1x 6-pin + 1x 8-pin connectors to power the graphics card. Check your power supply wattage and graphics card connections to see what you have.

CPU upgrade options are maxed out, the 7700K is the top CPU for this MB.

Measure the 1080 Ti installed in your PC.

You should be able to upgrade to any graphics card which fits in your case and can run using the currently installed power supply. Again, you could upgrade the HP power supply if needed.

Do you have any specific graphics card (manufacturer and product number) in mind? We can check the specs of the component to see if it works with the 880-050 case and power supply.

I don't know how far you want to go with the graphics card upgrade. I just did an Asus 4070 dual fan. Keep in mind the i7-7700K will be the bottleneck in some games.

Check a 4070 vs 1080 Ti comparison at this Site.
