Product: OMEN 25L Desktop - GT12-0167c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When i try to turn my computer on it just doesn’t. There is no sign of life at all (no lights, sounds, nothing) and I have tried/done everything the virtual assistant has told me to do and nothing has worked.

@koa2000 , welcome to the Community.

 

You should check all of the connections to the motherboard and make certain the the power cord is tight.  If there are no lose connection, then, you should test the power supply unit (PSU).  Your computer is newer, but the PSU can fail at any time.  It is the most replaced of all components.
