Product: L03980-800

I looked on various website and I even looked on the HP Authorized Parts Resellers list and none of them have the 

L03980-800 also known as the PSU 310W Sff Es Sirius-Gf

can someone please tell me where to find one or tell me why there isn't any available.

any answer will be much appreciated
