Which Cpu's are compatible with my motherboard? Also which PSU's can i upgrade to as well?

I currently have the 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz CPU but i want to switch to a better one if possible. I also want to upgrade my PSU since i currently only have 350w and that will not be enough for the graphics card i want to buy.

Here are the "Product" and "Motherboard" Specifications for the computer.  If you look at the section titled "Processor upgrade information" you will find a list of compatible processors.  There are two others that have been fully tested to be fully compatible with your motherboard.  The Ryzen 7 5700G would be the best upgrade.  Any other processors will most likely not work.

Unfortunately, HP doesn't give us much information about your power supply unit (PSU).  If your motherboard has the HP proprietary 4-pin power connector you will have to buy any upgrades from HP if they have them available in your country.  If it is the standard 24-pin ATX connector you should be able to use any standard ATX PSU that will fit into the space provided.  You can determine this by measuring the current PSU and comparing the measurements to the one that you choose.
