Hi:
Some models in the series have onboard memory that cannot be upgraded.
See the specs below:
HP All-in-One Desktop PC 27-cr0000a and 24-cr0000a series specifications | HP® Support
What is the product number of your PC?
To find the product number for your PC, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.
Type: System Information
The System information app should show up.
Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

Based on the product number you posted, you have a HP 27-cr0054 All in One PC
Below is the link to the parts list for your PC:
Fortunately, it does have the HP 'Scenery' motherboard that does support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.
Below is the link to a recommended 16 GB memory chip for your PC.
Below is the link to the service teardown video for your PC:

Note that you will not find a memory removal and replacement procedure because I guess HP made the video for the PC that comes with onboard memory.
If you click on the camera icon to the left of the motherboard part number on the parts list I posted, you will see the memory slots on the motherboard.
It looks very difficult to take the PC apart, so use extreme caution so as not to crack the display.
If you can get someone to hold up the display panel while you remove and replace the memory, you shouldn't have to disconnect the attached cables and that would save some trouble and extra work.
This video for the 24" model shows how to remove and replace the memory:

Sorry, I didn't even see that the PC came with 1 x 16 GB.
Usually, they come with 2 x 8 GB.
Yes, if you can find that part number by all means, order it.
If you buy it from HP, it is ridiculously expensive at $248.44
Regardless, you do not have to replace the motherboard to upgrade the memory in your PC, but you will have to take it apart to install the memory.
You might want to do a search by the HP memory part number on Amazon or eBay:
