Welcome to the HP Forum.
Do you recall what updates were installed? And where did the updates come from, Windows or HP Support Assistant?
Seeing the Victus image at power on suggests the PC can't complete a successful Power On Self Test. Therefore Windows cannot load.
Have you shut down the PC by depressing and holding down the power button for about 5 seconds? Did you try to start the PC again?
It looks like an unsuccessful BIOS update but I need the above, requested info to confirm.
Please provide a HP Product Number. Check this Site for details. The Forum would need this info if a BIOS update for your MB is required to attempt a BIOS fix.
