Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently noticed that the multiplier of my CPU Core changes itself on OMEN Gaming Hub. It decreases whenever I boot up my PC and when I increase it manually, it doesn't let me change the value and it gives me an error message telling me to update the app.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.
