Why there is so bad psu (310w) with a gtx1060 6gb?!

Why there is only 310w in my computer? I bought it here https://www.gigantti.fi/product/tietokoneet/poytatietokoneet/HP6900003NO/hp-pavilion-gaming-690-0003... can somebody tell me why?

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
It would have been wise to have checked all 690-0003no specifications before purchase.
HP has suppliers build components to HP specs. The HP 1060 requires less power than a retail 1060 (400 watts).
I bet you want to upgrade the graphics card but the 310 watt PSU is a roadblock.
It is better to purchase a OEM system with the components you want. Your site link clearly lists the HP factory installed 310 watt PSU in additional information.

Hi SadJuste,
You do not have to upgrade the power supply if you add a SSD to your PC or upgrade the SSD in your PC.
A power supply upgrade would be required if you want to upgrade the graphics card to a retail Nvidia 1070 or higher.
Regards
