Welcome to our HP User Forum!
That would be a "no" and a "maybe":
Your Naples motherboard (SSID: 8308) is equipped with an Intel LGA1151 socket, whereas an AMD Ryzen 5 5600 requires an AMD AM4 socket. You cannot fit a round peg in a square hole, so to speak.
An RX 580 requires at least a 500-watt power supply, whereas an RX 6750 XT requires at least a 600-watt power supply. If your power supply is less than 600-watt, you do the math.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
NonSequitur777
