Will this gpu fit in my HP 690-0018 and will I need to upgrade my power supply

hey im looking to upgrade my gpu and found a good deal on this 1070

Was wondering if this will fit in the case and if so, wil I need to upgrade the power supply? Thanks

That model of desktop wasnt really intended to be upgraded like that.

You would have to measure the space available and compare it to the specs of the video card.

Yes you would have to upgrade the power supply to at least 500 watts, but it takes a proprietary HP power supply.

That series didnt come with that large of a power supply though.

One user claims to have found a way around it on this thread here (I make no guarantees)
