Product: OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-1000a (ID 1Z1C0AV)
HI,
My HP PC has been having problems starting with the TPM system for 2 days.
The message appears that there is a problem.
F1 Reset TPM
Start F2 anyway
I've now tried both variants as long as the PC is off for a while and the error starts again.
I have already deleted the TPM manually via Defender Device Security.
Is disabling an option?
A long time ago I printed out the keys from TPM for the PC. Guess they haven't changed?
What other option is there besides reinstalling Windows?
The PC has had two Windows updates in the same period.
2024-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 version 22H2 for x64-based systems (KB5034123)
2024-01 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5033920)
Could there be a connection there? Previously the PC ran without problems or started without them.
Thanks
Tobias
