Windows 10 does not load. Account cannot be found. Cannot restart. cannot remove disc space.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am seeing the following messages on my gaming PC:

 

You are logged onto a temporary profile. roaming options are currently unavailable. 

 

You will need a new app to open this MS Gaming Overlay. 

 

Fail to open descriptor file../  ../ ../fortnitegame/fortnitegame.uproject

 

Your device diagnostic data level has been set to basic by your administrator or organisation

 

The disc that you backed up is saved on does not have enough free space. Click to manage backup disc space.

 

You cannot access your files, and files created in this profile will be delected when you sign out. 

To fix, sign out and try signing in later.  Please see the event log.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?

Let's check to see if you are signed in with a temporary profile: ( Microsoft recommended 

Go to Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings. If you’re signed in with a temporary profile, you’ll see a message at the top that says You are logged on with a temporary profile. Roaming options are currently unavailable.

 

Also, I recommend you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
