I have had consistent memory issues that were giving me blue screens. I was able to fix the blue screen issue but now my computer will either randomly restart or cause memory errors when browsing in Chrome that causes webpages to be refreshed. I ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic and it says I have memory errors and I need to contact the manufacturer. Not sure what options I have when it comes to solving this issue.

Greetings @kelqe
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Contact HP Support for warranty service if applicable.
Or you could test each memory stick, now installed in your PC's MB, one stick at a time in each memory slot, to isolate the bad stick of memory if you're comfortable doing this.
Compatible replacement memory can be purchased at Crucial Memory. Use the Crucial Scanner.
It is recommended to do memory upgrades using memory kits.
You might need different manufacturer replacement memory modules if the HP factory memory: is RGB or running above JEDEC speeds (2400 MT/s) and timings.
You would have to provide more info on your preferences to see how to proceed.
We can notify @NonSequitur777 for additional thoughts if you need RGB memory running at up to 3200MT/s.

Hi @Bill_To, thank you for your reply!
My computer is currently out of warranty so I don't think I will be going that path unfortunately.
I am running on 3200 MT/s RAM and it is not RGB. I saw you mentioned Crucial memory as a replacement but the brand my Omen 30L came with is HyperX Fury DDR4. I'm sure that wouldn't affect anything but I'm guessing if one stick was bad and I wanted to replace it I would need to do both sticks from the same manufacturer (Crucial)? I'm assuming that is what you meant when you said using a memory kit.
I will try and test each stick individually and then let you know what the issue is. Let me know what you think the best course of action is considering what I've told you. Thank you again for all of your help!

Greetings @kelqe
My pleasure.
Yes, a kit is using dual channel memory modules sold in a two pack or a four pack. Mixing memory brands can result in problems.
The retail HyperX Fury memory may not run at 3200 MT/s on some HP MBs.
I don't know if you will get 3200 MT/s using Crucial Memory. I've never gotten any feedback in this Forum on this.
Wait to see what NonSequitur777 has to say.

Hi Bill,
I checked the Crucial website and it says they have a memory kit that is compatible with my PC model (OMEN 30L GT13-0000i). The kit is around $50 and comes with two 16gb sticks. I will wait to see what NonSequitur777 has to say though. Thank you!

Greetings @kelqe
My pleasure.
I'm pretty sure HP bulk purchases HyperX memory modules coded to run @ 3200 MT/s on HP MBs. HP HyperX memory is very difficult (if not impossible) to find in the consumer market place .
The retail HyperX memory modules can't seem to break JEDEC memory speeds when installed in many HP MBs.
NonSequitur777 can find alternative, compatible, memory modules running at higher clock speeds using various HP PC/MB benchmarks conducted at User Benchmark.
