I've tried to update windows a lot of times and It just kept saying We can't install some updates because other updates are in progress. Restarting your computer may help, and we'll keep trying to update. I've tried to run SFC scans and tried to reset my computer and nothing worked so I was hoping that maybe I could get help here.

Have you tried resetting the updates itself?

Here is a link to a fix from the MS Forums a few years ago that still applies to Windows 10.

Download the file from A.User and run the batch file as Administrator. It worked on my setup when this happened.
