Would the i7-8086K be compatible with my Tampa 2 motherboard. I have upgraded the cpu cooler and PSU so im fine regarding other requirements.

No!  The fastest processor that is compatible with your motherboard is the i7-8700K.  The newer versions will not be compatible.

but small correction, probably need a bios update, but the tampa 2 motherboard support another one
