Hey i just bought 2 x27 monitors and my desktop doesnt have a display port so i used hdmi to plug it in but when i play the screen with go black consistently every 30 seconds for about 2-3 seconds. Any ideas of what that could be?

How do you connect them ? Sounds like those cables do no good. You need a right HDMI to Display cable. Probably you need a  bidirectional HDMI-DP cable to connect to each monitor.
