In the OMEN GAMING HUB, I am clicking on XBOX FREE TRIAL but only XBOX app opens nothing else. pls help.

When you click XBOX FREE TRIAL in OMEN Gaming Hub, it should normally direct you to a promotion redemption page inside the Xbox app. If the Xbox app just opens without showing the offer, try the following:

1. Check Eligibility

   • The free trial offer is usually for new Xbox Game Pass members only. If you already used a Game Pass trial before, the offer won’t appear.

2. Sign In Correctly

   • Open the Xbox app directly.

   • Make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account you want to use for Game Pass.

3. Redeem from Microsoft Instead

   • In the Xbox app, look under Game Pass → Join → Try for free.

   • If eligible, the free trial should show there.

4. Update OMEN Gaming Hub

   • Open Microsoft Store → Library → Update all apps.

   • Make sure OMEN Gaming Hub and Xbox app are both up to date.

5. If Still No Offer
