So I have an Hp Omen 880-068 pc and I’ve upgraded the ram(I’m going to at the time this is being written) and I want to enable xmp. I’ve checked the bios and there’s nothing on memory or RAM. I’ve even tried updating the bios but still nothing.

@Moto6 , welcome to the Community.
HP doesn't use XMP's in most of their motherboards to overclock their memory. They use the the standard speed that is built into the memory. Therefore, you will have to use Omen Control Center or other third-party apps to overclock your new memory if it can be done.

Hello @Old_geekster.
I found out that my Omen PC does not support the overclocking feature in the Omen gaming Hub.
Can i use a other Third-Party app instead?

You can try any of the apps that are available online, but I can't guaranty that they will work. Your processor has to have a K for you to be able to overclock it if it is Intel.
