Greetings @zKyoka

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Your PC probably shipped from HP with two 8 GB memory modules running at 3200 MT/s.

Are you trying to overclock the HP factory memory beyond 3200 MT/s or did you swap in new memory using retail (non-HP) memory modules?

What memory modules did you buy if you swapped in non HP memory modules?

Since your PC's BIOS does not support memory overclocking (XMP or DOCP) it is a hit and miss proposition when trying to get third party memory modules to run above 2133 MT/s or 2400 MT/s.

I'm pretty sure the new memory modules in your possession will not overclock to the higher speeds indicated on the new memory's retail box. They will run at the lower speeds indicted above.

A different Forum member might be able to direct you to new memory modules which will run at 3200 MT/s.

Regards
