after I installed the newest audio drivers from Realtek official site (it failed to install), my audio went off and no devices for audio were found (yes they were connected) then I rolled back to the system drivers in the device manager (Realtek audio, update driver, search for drivers in your pc, choose drivers in your pc, then selected “dispositivo high definition audio”) restarted and everything was ok. BUT when I restart the pc again, it seems to go back to other drivers and not with those preinstalled with my pc, and it says that there's no microphone connected to the pc. Also, if I do search automatically for driver updates, there's no audio again.

go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Realtek driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.
