@cthulhu-cultist , welcome to the Community.
What is the exact model of your computer? I need this information to find the Motherboard Specifications.
It is very possible that you will not find a BIOS update that will allow you to use the 5600X if it has not been fully tested to be compatible with your motherboard.

The model # is MO1 – F0033W … yesterday I installed two 16Gb Corsair RAM sticks and the ryzen 5 chip but I got no display signal And assumed that it was a bios issue so I reinstalled the ryzen 3 chip and was trying to figure out how to get a compatible bios update, I couldn’t figure it out so I made this post and decided I would for help… Then it was brought to my attention that R5 does not have integrated graphics like R3 and I don’t have a graphics card yet so I figured I would just roll with the R3 until I get a graphics card … so then I did some things online I got on Steam I played pub g and Apex and Minecraft testing out the new ram and Everything was running, super quick and smooth and then turned on Hulu and left Hulu playing all night and into the morning , still no issues then I got up, I turned Hulu off and opened epic games, launcher and started downloading, rocket league and rocket league was downloading. I opened up chrome and was googling what Vega8 integrated graphics is equivalent to and chrome froze, and the PC reset on its own and every time it resets there is the HP loading screen and then there’s a second loading screen with no logo but a loading wheel animation the loading wheel freezes and it comes to a screen that says your device has encountered a problem. We just need to collect some data with a big blue “ : ( “ If l hard reset with the power button it will take me to the windows recovery menu from there I tried chkdsk C: /f /x and it said it repaired something But I still haven’t been able to get past that second loading screen and I’m currently trying to run a system restore from 1/ 24/2024 ….. everything was running so smooth and snappy. Seriously hope I didn’t **bleep** something up beyond saving

Thank you for the additional information, @cthulhu-cultist! I doubt that you did anything that would damage the motherboard or other components.
If you haven't done so, I suggest reinstalling the original memory to see if that solves your problem. As I said in my previous post, HP's motherboards can be particular with third-party memory. Let me know what happens.

@Old_geekster after running that system restore I mentioned I have been stuck in automatic repair loop and replacing the old memory didn’t seem to change anything at all … I ran another chkdsk that didn’t find anything this time

Here is a very good guide that may help you solve your problem. You should read through it following the instructions carefully. It will give you a much better idea of why your computing is acting this way.
