bios update issue

after updating to the latest bios F.24 on my 

OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-1114 PC  

my secure boot shows as off in system settings when i go to my bios secure boot is greyed out. when i restore factory settings its not greyed out anymore and ive toggled off and on then save and exit and load up again it still shows secure boot off in system settings, bios mode is in UEFI is this a bug in the new bios? need help

Try resetting Secure Boot by following instructions at this HP Site.

Your PC may need a future BIOS update if you cannot synch Windows to your PC's Secure Boot settings.

Yeah but everything is blocked I just want everything unblocked please

Please describe what "everything is blocked" means.

HP AMD B550 and older AMD MBs are having: Windows Secure Boot problems, Invalid Secure Boot signature problems, and TPM 2.0 manufacturing version problems.

So the PC displays invalid Secure Boot signature errors at startup, or Secure Boot is on in the BIOS but Windows states Secure Boot is off, or the PC can't play some games requiring TPM 2.0 version 3.92.5.5 or higher.

The following HP Links provide mitigation instructions for each issue. This is all I can tell you at this time.

1. The following HP PCs will not get a TPM 2.0 version Update.

2. Troubleshooting TPM 2.0 attestation errors.

3. HP PCs that may get a future TPM 2.0 version update.

4. Troubleshooting the Invalid Secure Boot signature problem.

I believe only HP can solve the AMD MB Secure Boot problems and the AMD MB TPM problems.
