Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0013w

I'm trying to find a bios update for my desktop if one is available. HP Pavilion Gaming 690-0013w. My OS is Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. I'm aware that there are ways to update the bios via terminal, but I was hoping to find an official bios file from HP. I had a cmos error pop up and reboot.
