Hi @skkk1

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand that Bluetooth is not working and the Bluetooth driver is also not functioning as expected. We appreciate you reaching out to HP, and we'll work through some checks that can help restore Bluetooth functionality.

To better understand the situation, could you please confirm:

  • The exact HP product model (for example, HP Pavilion, HP Victus, HP EliteBook, HP ProBook, etc.)
  • The Windows version currently installed (Windows 10 or Windows 11)
  • Does Bluetooth appear under Device Manager?
  • Are you seeing any error symbol next to the Bluetooth device in Device Manager?
  • Have you recently performed any updates, driver installations, or BIOS updates before the issue started?
  • Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, please let us know what has been completed.

Once we have these details, we can provide the most appropriate troubleshooting steps for your specific device.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye

yeah, sounds like the bluetooth driver is missing. Try checking device Manager first and see if there’s a warning.  I  have also used Systweak’s tool for driver issues like this, and it can be handy for finding missing and outdated drivers. But first I would check the manufacturer’s site for the official Bluetooth driver.
