@hi429 , welcome to the Community.
The problem that you are experiencing is because the Ryzen 5 4500 is not compatible with your motherboard. Here is the "Motherboard Specifications" page. Look at the section titled "Processor upgrade information". There is a list of processors that have been fully tested to be compatible. If a processor is not on the list it will most likely not work.
