Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm experiencing memory access issues with a game, and after contacting the game's support team, they advised me to reach out to you as it might be a hardware-related problem. I have all the crash logs and reports.

  • Exception Code: c0000005 (Access violation)
  • Faulting Address: 0000001404034b50
  • Faulting Module: NBA2K24.exe
  • Instruction Causing Error: movzx ecx, byte ptr [r9+rax] in NBA2K24+0x21193d0
