OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000i (393C6AV)
since the recent Omen gaming hub update i can no longer use the xmp profile for my ram, each time i switch from default 3200 MT/s to turbo 3733 MT/s it will take 20-30 times longer to reboot/restart the computer and when i log in to window 11 under task manager - performance - memory it will show the default speed even with turbo mode selected under overclocking in the omen gaming hub
what i tired but didnt work
- select xmp profiles from the bios
- using the newest omen SDK
- update to the latest omen game hub and latest software and drivers
- reinstall omen game hub
one thing i notice in the bios is that DRAM frequency will reset/change back to 3200 while all the other setting stay as xmp profile when i have it on

on that day before this problem I did the following:
windows update
comp restart to install the windows update
update to HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI – v9.0.0.0
Microsoft store app updates
restart comp
open OGH - switched to turbo memory (XMP profile) (since it default back to 3200 MT/s after every OGH updates)
restart comp (it was here that I noticed it take a lot longer to reboot the computer)
right now when I click on "restart now" after switch to turbo mode in OGH or in the BIOS the following will happen:
0:10 monitor and keyboard go dark
1:14 computer case light go dark
1:18 computer case light turn back on
1:32 monitor light up
1:34 monitor go dark
2:51 keyboard and monitor light up
2:55 window login screen
