Upgrading the CPU depends upon what CPU HP installed at the factory.
Please provide a specific product number for better assistance. HP uses two different MBs in the product series you have provided in your post.
The Oasis.
The OasisOC. The OasisOC MB supports Intel "K" CPUs.
I could not tell you how to upgrade the CPU in a Forum. YouTube is a great hardware upgrade resource. I would have a local PC tech do this if you have never upgraded PC components. It is possible to bend or break CPU socket pins. And one must take precautions to avoid ESD.
Also consider loss of warranty coverage if you break something when doing it yourself. A reputable PC Tech would cover damage.
