not able to connect with any of the available wifi networks, even my own mobile wifi of previously connected ones

I can only suggest you may have a WIFI adapter driver problem or the WIFI adapter has failed if other wireless devices on your network can connect to your network using WIFI.

 

Check for a WIFI adapter in Control Panel, Device Manager.

 

Try to update the driver if the WIFI adapter has issues. Check your PC's HP Support Site for a WIFI driver. Or right click the adapter. Try an update.

 

Or uninstall the adapter. Restart Windows. Connect the PC using Ethernet when doing this so you can use Windows Update to get a WIFI driver update.

 

No WIFI adapter in Device Manager usually means the hardware has failed.
