Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000a (4E977AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

the computer is getting lag spikes and freezing in every thing (ingame. google. youtube. on desktop) like its everywhere and every update is installed can't get to see where the problem is and the computer is 5 months old and its running a ryzen 9 5900x. 32gb ram. rtx3080. 2tb m.2ssd.

Hi

 

This sounds like a heat problem. 

 

Download HWiNFO Portable https://www.hwinfo.com/download/ 

 

Run the software to check CPU, MB, M.2, and GPU temps as you use the PC.

 

The 5900x and RTX 3080 can generate a lot of heat. 

 

Other issues could be the power supply or a different hardware problem.

 

Check hardware. Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2".

 

Run system and component tests.
