Welcome to the HP Forum.
It looks like your PC has an I5-3570K and uses DDR3 RAM. This dates the PC to around 2012.
The latest BIOS update, I could find for your PC, is Here. This update reflects your MB supports UEFI. This W8.x BIOS update should work on a W10 PC.
MB UEFI support means you can run the Gigabyte 3060 if it fits in your PC's case. The 3060 requires a minimum 450 watt PSU having one 8 pin power connector to the graphics card. You can also do Nvidia 4000 series cards or AMD 7000 series cards.
Your PC is about 12 years old. The entire platform has limitations which will adversely impact 3D Rendering. Your PC will do it but it's going to take a lot of time to get the job done.

The PC is an i7-3770 3.4 Ghz CPU with 4 processors
Is the PCI slot on the motherboard suitable for the GEFORCE RTX3060 graphics card?
I know that my PC is old, so do you recommend another graphics card that is not as powerful but has better results?
Thank you

The 3060 is fine.
Or you can do a dual fan 4060 TI 16 GB card. Or a dual fan AMD 7600 XT.
All of the above cards, if they fit in your PC's case and can work with the current PSU, will provide similar performance.
The H9-1335: CPU, MB chipset, and RAM are your PC's bottleneck.

Measure along your PC's case PCIe x16 slot. Check case: length, height, and width.
Verify all 3060 dimensions (LxHxW) will work with this space. A dual fan, dual slot graphics card should work with your PC's case.
Your MB is probably PCIe 3.0. Download and run GPU-Z to verify.
PCIe 4.0 GPUs will run on a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot.
I am not sure if PCIe 4.0 is backwards compatible with a PCIe 2.0 slot, it should be. I haven't worked on a 2012 PC in many years.
