help me for some reason my pc is rlly bad

hello, can someone please help my and maybe tell me how to fix my pc lag and really bad gaming i cant play wz2 or gta v i can play others like ow2 or cs2 but its laggy. I have watched revwies of my parts my gpu and cpu and they look like pretty good part and maybe consider them as a good budget option people can play max graphics no lag and more but i cant even play wz2 i even tried going to the store i bought this they dient help, they had an atttitude and told me its to old but when i watch reviwes or my friends with a same gpu or cpy it looks like they work good someone have something to help rlly dont wanna buy a new one just wan to play wz2 and gta i even tried cortex and game boosters help a little but not wz2 or gta v.

There was a BIOS update problem (F.57) with the Sunflower (8433) MB earlier this year.

Check this Forum thread with a similar problem. A link to BIOS version F.60 is available in this thread.

Or you could try F.58 or F.59 found in the Revision History section at the F.60 BIOS update site provided in the linked thread.

Something else may be happening if you are running F.58 or higher.

hello i updated to f.60 now i dont really understand what to do now should i try to run wz2 now and se if it stops lagging

Sorry to see you are having a problem updating games after a BIOS update. This sounds like a network problem.

I can't see why this would happen.

Can you start Windows? Is the PC running better after the BIOS update?

You need to provide more detailed information on what is happening.

hello um i tried overwatch 2 and it lagged like it did before the fps is good at max 75fps then drops to 11 and 3fps when in game it makes it unplayable i bought this pc for a lot i really thought i would get something good and i have even seen the same  parts as me have a really good experience with it. I know the network has nothing to do with it mine runs just fine beacuse i have a console that runs good i just prefer pc i really just wanna have a fun time but i cant.

if this update did something it made my pc unplayable i cant even play the games i played before it just has mega fps drops it even made my quality bad

Hi,

You would have to talk to HP about this or have a local PC Tech check the PC.

The BIOS update you decided to install is applicable to your MB.

Your PC was messed up before you installed the BIOS update. My guess is you may need to reinstall Windows after backing up data or you have a hardware problem.

First of all nice PC. Try to close unwanted apps and turn of core isolation because it can use alot of memory. If you play GTA V then you could try setting the graphics to minimum.
