Hi @Georg95, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It looks like you're referring to the OMEN Gaming Hub overlay, which sometimes gets stuck on the screen. Here’s how you can remove it:

Method 1: Close OMEN Gaming Hub Overlay

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + O – This should toggle the overlay off.
  2. If that doesn’t work, try Alt + Tab to switch to OMEN Gaming Hub and close it.

Method 2: End Task from Task Manager

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  2. Look for OMEN Gaming Hub (or HP Omen Command Center) under the Processes tab.
  3. Right-click on it and select End Task.

Method 3: Disable In-Game Overlay

  1. Open OMEN Gaming Hub.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Look for In-Game Overlay and turn it off.

Method 4: Uninstall/Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub

  1. Press Win + I to open Settings.
  2. Go to Apps > Installed Apps (or Apps & Features).
  3. Find OMEN Gaming Hub, click Uninstall.
  4. If you need it later, reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
