im trying to up my speed with my ram right now its at 2667 its supoosed to be 3200 mhz

@RubTheTub , welcome to the Community.

 

If the memory is 2667 MHz by default, you will not be able to increase it with the HP BIOS/UEFI.  HP doesn't include XMP's in their BIOS/UEFI.  In the future, it would be helpful if you would include the Model or Product Number of your computer.

What? this i dont get. The intel line does support xmp, and even my amd runs at 3200 or 3460 mhz in JEDEC... 

So maybe its a mainboard specific thing? 

 

But in line with the topic starter: Can HP please update the amd bios? Its a bit sad that a ryzen 9 5700x cant run its memory at 1.35v?  Moreover, HP mentions XMP in the amd config on the site.. 

So how do i activate it? Current cas latency in JEDEC is a joke...
