Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Okay, I am new to pcs and I wanna upgrade my HP pavilion hgaming desktop. 
with command board, I saw that max this can suppirt was 128gb ram yet it currently has only 4bg ram

 

ssd also is weird to me since I dont know where to begin to know what I should get and so forth.

 

any pointers for these first steps to the pc master race xD
