Hello,
HP Support aint a real help so i hope to get some input from the community.
I have the system:
hp pavilion gaming tg01-2372nd
Specs:
i7-11700
MB chipset H570
3200Mhz Ram But running on 2133 because the system wont give it 1.35V and stays on 1.2
RTX 3060 12GB
PSU 400W
First of all the CPU can draw max 224W acourding to Intel
The RTX card can draw 170W
So if these need power im already on the 394W
Not counting the MB\FANS\Harddrives and RAM that also needs Power
So the First big problem is that HP put in a PSU that is to LOW for the system.
Because of this instead a Cinebench R23 score of over 14000 this CPU only get a 8200 Equivelent to an I5 CPU
Second is the Ram part i listed up here that the MB wont give the RAm 1.35V and dus not getting the power it needs to run optimal.
Im not talking about overclocking but just getting the performance that this system should provide.
The CPU think is pretty easy to solve for HP provide a PSU over 500W.
The second part is either a mismatch in Hardware to HP made a mistake puting these items togheter
or it requires a BIOS update to fix this BUG so the ram gets what in needs\wants.
HP have a ticket created but the call back for a technician im still waiting on.
Also the Phone Support of HP calls the HP Whats app support team agents without knowlage and skill and that there is no communication between these departments at all.
Also im gattering information on this case as i dont get any support i want to see if i can find a social media influencer who might be interested in this to review and point at the problems.
Also i might be totaly wrong here but HP did not explain to me why i might be wrong.
So i hope the community backs me up or give me the slap with facts why im wrong.
Stay Safe
Kinf regards,
Arjan from the Netherlands.

Hi
Sorry, we can't tell you much I think
if computer, not fit best return to seller
Just a little thing
for the ram memory, it is mentioned:
Memory | 16 GB DDR4-2933 MHz RAM (1 x 16 GB) |
- Dual channel memory architecture (One DIMM per channel)
- Two DDR4 DIMM (288-pin) sockets
- Supports up to PC4-23400 (DDR4-2933)
- Supports 4 GB and 8 GB DDR4 UDIMMs
- Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems
note:
32-bit systems cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory. - Supports up to 32 GB (unbuffered) with two 16 GB DIMMs on 64-bit systems
note:
Maximum memory shown reflects the capability of the hardware and can be limited further in the operating system.
For the graphics card, difficult to answer since it is an Hp model, the power supply required may be different from what is recommended, NVidia indicates this as well
Recommended System Power (Watts) (4) 600 550
Recommendation based on a PC configured with an Intel Core i9-10980XE processor. A lower power rating is acceptable depending on the system configuration.
Note: The specifications above correspond to the GPU used in NVIDIA's reference model. Frequency specifications apply to gaming experiences with standard to maximum GPU usage. Graphics specifications may vary by each third-party vendor. Please visit the manufacturer's website for detailed specifications.
But I admit, that there is a tendency to place a barely sufficient module very often
