Welcome to our HP User Forum!
The 500-watt power supply for your Victus By HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a (4H509AV), has part number: L89233-001 "SKO-PSU 500W MT WS20 EPA90", according to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/?searchtext=575J5AA&searchby=product.
You can purchase one of these power supplies via eBay, such as from this trusted eBay Seller: https://www.ebay.com/itm/284911357484?epid=22052722496&hash=item42560a4e2c:g:npQAAOSwQuhkP5nk&amdata....
If you are interested in an RX 6600 8GB, I would suggest to buy it new, such as this purchase option through Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/XFX-Speedster-Radeon-Graphics-RX-66XL8LFDQ/dp/B09HHLX543/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid....
Hope this was helpful.

The dimensions of the RX 6600 I suggested are: LxWxH: 9.49 x 1.61 x 5.16 inches. So, I would think it would fit, such as seen in this HP Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0xxx fitted with an Erica8 motherboard (SSID: 89D8) User: HP Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0xxx Performance Results - UserBenchmark.
To be sure, you'll have to power off your desktop, disconnect from power, push the power button for three seconds to release any residual power, open up your desktop, and take some measurements, specifically what would fit lengthwise and height-wise.

This is your Erica8 motherboard -please verify to make sure.
The red square is where an RX 6600 would be fitted. The red circle shows a connector on your motherboard I am not sure if it's in use or not (please check), and if it is used, see if the cable connection goes straight up or can be bent (be careful!) to allow a graphics card to fit:
Make sure that the width between the middle of the PCIe x16 slot (see red arrows) and your PC case (see blue line) is about 1¾ inches or more.
